A TRIP TO THE ZOO
I am furious as I write this post. I was reading through the Sun newspaper this morning and came stumbled on a story of two men caught having sex with cows. Such disgusting stories have been trending lately and it grieves me now because some people have started justifying it. It reminds me of a movie I watched some time back titled “Zoo”.
It is about a Boeing engineer who dies after having sex with a horse. The movie shows this type of man in a sympathetic light and tries to make us understand their perversion. How can a man created in the image of God justify something as repugnant as Bestiality. Not only is it repugnant, it is a grievous sin punishable by death. How can a normal human being inflict his demands on an animal? An animal that cannot give consent.
In Leviticus 18:23, God tagged Bestiality an abomination. You may say it was a long time ago and things have changed, but an abomination then is an abomination now. Our God is the same yesterday, today and forever and so are His laws. Leviticus 20:15,16 and Exodus 22:19 also tells us more about God’s take on this despicable act.
At all times, we should make effective use of our common sense.
In Genesis, 2:18-20, after creating Adam, God saw that it was not FIT for Adam to be without a companion and so He created Eve. No animal was fitting for Adam, a man created in the IMAGE OF GOD. So, please tell me, how can a reasonable person see bestiality as an innate condition abeg?
We are created in the image of God – far elevated from cows and goats; sheep and chickens. Goshhhhh. Should I go further?
Infact, I rank Bestiality a step lower than Homosexuality. I see Zoophiles aka Zoos (people who practice bestiality) as having serious psychological disorders. They should seek help(psychological evaluation, counseling and intense deliverance) immediately. People cannot be dumb in this century regardless of what religion they are. We should stop sinking to new perverse depths.

Romans 6: 23 : for the wages of sin is death, but the bountiful gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

As always, I find the comments here interesting! How someone can justify having sex with an animal is beyond comprehension and I’m yet to meet someone who’ll convince me otherwise.

Its not about justificatn,but about the frailty of fallen man dat makes some to do unnatural things.For this reason our Lord Jesus was manifested 2 destroy the works of d devil.Bestiality is one of the works of d devil destroyed at the Cross of Calvary.With Jesus,there is hope for a zoophile 2 become a new creation(2 Corinth 5:17)through our prayers.
